Mary Portas - Queen of Shops - is a great supporter of small independent shops. She feels - and who can't agree - that it is the small independent shops that give the High Street its character.
In conjunction with the Telegraph Magazine she is once again promoting the independent retailer through the Telegraph Magazine Shop Awards 2010.
