Cat Lane Bakery vacancy - to start in September 2011

Beanies currently has a vacancy for a part-time trainee baker to work approximately 20 hours per week at their Cat Lane Bakery in Heeley.  Hours will include very early mornings, weekends and possibly evenings.

The successful applicant will have drive and energy; will be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.  The post will demand a high degree of flexibility.  Applicants should have some professional baking or catering experience and a good understanding of traditional bread-making processes.  A full clean driving licence is essential.
